Nutrire la Vita (“nurturing life”), in Chinese 養生 yǎngshēng, is the art of cultivating health every day.
The health techniques I practise come from ancient times: they serve to prevent disharmonies and to “switch on” health, encouraging a natural and spontaneous rebalancing of the organism, in support of wellbeing and longevity.
Gentle methods, suitable for people of all ages, which work without in any way encroaching on the other sciences of rebalancing and care.

Your energy, made visible.
Through Kirlian photography I visualise any energetic imbalances you may have and, with colorpuncture, I rebalance them. A dynamic, precise method with no contraindications.
The session can begin with Kirlian photography with the DEPT machine (Energetic Assessment of the Terminal Points), which is not compulsory but is recommended, and continues with colorpuncture; then it is completed with the other therapies, according to what emerges.

About me
I started from the feet to get to the head.
My name is Cristina Monti. In 2017 foot reflexology gave my life a new direction; the following year I enrolled at the Tao School in Bologna and, from the first practical lesson, I have never stopped: I treated my family, my friends, my neighbours, anyone who was available.
In 2019 I opened my first holistic studio. Today I combine the health techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the colorpuncture of Esogetic Medicine to get to the root of most disharmonies.
