What it is
A system that looks at the person.
Esogetic Medicine brings together, in a broad and flexible system, new or refined methods of assessment and treatment. It was developed by Peter Mandel, who in 1975 founded the Mandel International Institute for Esogetic Medicine in Bruchsal, Germany. The name expresses the attempt to unite ancient teachings, energy medicine and modern biophysics.
Its most important characteristic is the progressive recognition and treatment of all the levels of the person: the body, consciousness and the subconscious. Precise points and zones of the body, together with tools of assessment and treatment, make it possible to work holistically on the origin of psychophysical complaints, working through the body.
At the centre is the person, not their illness: what matters is understanding the life situation of the person in front of you and using the tools in the most suitable way, to maintain wellbeing over time. The central themes are prevention and a responsible relationship with health and with illness.

A colorpuncture session with the light pens, which can begin with Kirlian photography with the DEPT machine.
During the session, based on the assessment and the needs of the person, the other therapies of Esogetic Medicine are also used. For this reason you book not an individual technique but time. The DEPT is not compulsory but it is recommended: with the DEPT the session costs €10 more. The 90-minute session also includes foot or ear reflexology.

The methods
The tools of Esogetic Medicine.
- DEPT · Kirlian photography With Kirlian photography of the fingertips of the hands and feet, I visualise any energetic imbalances you may have; with colorpuncture, I rebalance them.
- Colorpuncture Beams of coloured light on the body's receptor points, an advanced, non-invasive technique according to Peter Mandel's method.
- Sports colorpuncture An application of colorpuncture designed for people who play sport and for tension in the body, with the Penzel method of meridian massage, within the Esogetic Medicine treatment.
- Infrared and ultraviolet Infrared light on specific reflex zones of the body and ultraviolet light for an in-depth effect, within the Esogetic Medicine system.
- Induction therapy A natural, simple and imperceptible stimulation that helps bring the rhythms of “out-of-time” brain waves back in step.
- Crystal therapy Crystals placed on the skin to support inner balance, in a moment of relaxation and wellbeing.

What is Esogetic Medicine?

It is a colorpuncture session with the light pens, which can begin with Kirlian photography of the fingertips using the DEPT machine: it is not compulsory but it is recommended. During the session, based on the assessment and the needs of the person, the other therapies of Esogetic Medicine are also used: infrared and ultraviolet, induction therapy, crystal therapy.
How long does it last and how much does it cost?
You book by time rather than by individual technique: 60 minutes cost €50, 90 minutes cost €60. With the DEPT they cost €60 and €70, that is, €10 more.
Can I choose just one of the tools?
No: I use the therapies of Esogetic Medicine within the colorpuncture session in any case, based on the assessment and the needs of the person. You choose the length of time, 60 or 90 minutes, and whether to begin with the DEPT.
How many sessions are needed?
There is no fixed number: every journey has its own pace and depends on the person and the situation. We talk about it together.
Does it replace medical care?
No. These are complementary wellbeing practices: they work alongside, and do not replace, the diagnosis, care and therapy provided by your doctor. If you are following a course of therapy, do not interrupt it.
Is Kirlian photography a diagnosis?
No: it is an energetic assessment and has no value as a medical diagnosis. The acronym DEPT comes from the Italian name of Peter Mandel's method, “Diagnosi Energetica dei Punti Terminali” (in English, Energetic Diagnosis of the Terminal Points).
Is it suitable for everyone? What about pregnancy?
These are gentle, non-invasive methods. If you are pregnant or have particular needs, tell me before the appointment: the treatment adapts to you.
