Frequently asked questions
Before coming to the studio.
How can I book a treatment?
Write to me on WhatsApp or call me on 339 3320050: we agree on the day and time together. From a computer you can also leave me a request using the “Book” button and I will get back to you. If you prefer, you can also book online on Treatwell.
Do you see clients by appointment only?
Yes: I see clients by appointment only, Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 18:30 and on Saturday from 10:30 to 14:00. That way the treatment time is entirely yours.
Where is the studio?
At Via San Rocco 4/c, 40122 Bologna, in the historic centre, just a few steps from Via San Felice and from the bus stop of the same name.
I do not know which treatment to choose: can you advise me?
Of course. Write and tell me how you are and what you are looking for: I will recommend the most suitable treatment, or we can combine more than one.
Are the treatments suitable for everyone?
They are gentle methods, suitable for people of all ages. If you have particular needs, for example if you are pregnant, tell me before the appointment: the treatment adapts to you.
How can I pay?
In cash, by card, with Satispay or by bank transfer. The same applies to the gift voucher.
Can I give a treatment as a gift?
Yes, with the gift voucher: choose the treatment, write the names and send me the request.
Do the treatments replace medical care?
No. These are complementary wellbeing practices: they work alongside, and do not replace, the diagnosis, care and therapy provided by your doctor.
