What stays in your browser
The site only uses the browser's session storage (sessionStorage), with two pieces of technical information that do not identify you and are deleted automatically when you close the tab:

When you choose to open an external link (Treatwell, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps) you leave this site: from that moment the privacy notices and cookie choices of those services apply.
The “Send by email” form sends the message through Netlify Forms, the service of the website’s hosting provider, only when you press the button: it does not save cookies in your browser.
